City of Senoia

The City of Senoia has 535,000 documents located in tßwo vaults for storage. Containers are located in the larger vault. In each container are several folders and in some cases loose paper. The smaller vault contains file cabinets and containers with folders. In order to modernize the filing system, the City seeks from qualified firms to scan the documents and create and electronic indexing system.
