Water Service Application (Owner) - $100 + $35 non-refundable admin fee

I hereby make an application for water, sewer (if applicable), and sanitation at the referenced water service address and agree to abide by all rates, ordinances and regulations pertaining to such service. I further agree to pay promptly for all water, sewer and sanitation services, including but not limited to a $50.00 reconnect fee if my service is terminated for non-payment (reconnect fee must be paid in person at City Hall or at senoiapay.com prior to service being reinstated.) I understand I will continue to be liable for all charges on said premises until notice is given to the Senoia Water Department to terminate services. Payments are due by the 15th of each month.  If payment is received after the 15th there is a 10% late fee generated to all unpaid accounts. You are subject to disconnection if not paid by the 25th of each month. For your convenience, you may pay your bill at www.senoia.com or at the drop box located in front of City Hall.  Please be advised that tampering with a public utility is unlawful.
