Animal Control

Animal Control in Senoia is managed by the Public Works Department. The City encourages responsible pet ownership:

• Have your pets spayed / neutered and vaccinated.
• Provide proper medical care and routine examinations for your pets.
• Provide an adequate supply of food and water.
• Keep your pet under control by either leash, adequate tether, or by fence.
• Know and follow City Ordinances. Ordinances can be found by clicking here.
• Be considerate of your neighbors regarding your pet's behavior.
• Consider obedience training classes for behavior problems.
• Keep your pets for the duration of their life.

If your dog is lost or has gotten away, please contact City Hall (770) 599-3679 to determine if it has been found and is being held by the City.
