Sanitation Department

Our sanitation company is Pollard Residential Waste Services (770) 599-1811. Pollard will provide the following services:

Household Trash Removal

All items must be bagged. Do not place loose items into the container.
Residents shall bring trash containers and recycling to the curb no later than 6:00 AM on pick-up day and removed from curb no later than 12:00 noon of the day following scheduled pick up.
Please use containers provided only by Pollard Residential Waste Services.
Please be courteous and follow these rules.

Recycling

Recyclables will be picked up on the same date as your solid waste. Please note that only aluminum cans, plastics, paper, corrugated cardboard (excluding pizza boxes) and box board can be recycled. Glass is no longer able to be recycled.

Leaf and Limb Services

Leaf and limb service is anytime Monday-Wednesday. The following rules apply:

Place all leaves and grass trimmings in paper bio-degradable bags.
Limbs shall have a diameter no greater than 4 inches and be cut into sections no greater than 6 feet.
Keep the City neat and place your yard debris out on Sunday.

Bulk Items

Large household items will be picked up each Monday. No more than two items per address. You must call Pollard to schedule your bulk item pick-up.

Service Days

To provide the best service, Pollard has divided the City into Sectors and will collect household trash on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Please click on the link below to find your subdivision or street name and the day of your household trash and recycling service.
