The Seavy Street park has an amazing play area for children. The Freeman-Sasser Building, located beside the play area, is available for rent for your party, reunion, shower, etc. Rental fees are as follows: $250 for residents of Senoia (live in the city limits and pay city taxes) or $400 for non-residents. In addition to the rental fee is a $200 deposit to hold your desired date. The $200 deposit is refundable as long as you clean-up after yourself, leaving the building in the same manner in which it was found. This facility has a limited capacity of 100 people, and includes seating and tables for approx. 80 people. Also included is a full kitchen complete with gas stove, microwave, large sink and refrigerator. Rental time is 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Contact City Hall at 770.599.3679 for availability.
