City Manager: Harold Simmons

The City Manager reports directly to the Mayor and City Council and is responsible for implementing the policy directives of Mayor and City Council and for managing the day-to-day operations.

The City Manager is responsible for financial management, preparing the annual budget and oversight of the all city departments: Administrative Services, Police, Public Works, Sewer, Water, and Solid Waste.

City Clerk: Lynn Carter

The City Clerk provides the citizens of Senoia, City Council and staff, with access to public records. The City Clerk provides timely and accurate financial information, and quality service to the City Council through recording and distributing the minutes of City Council work sessions and meetings. The City Clerk also oversees the functions of accounting services, customer service, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll. City Clerk also serves as voter registrar and conducts all elections of the City of Senoia. The most important function is to promote openness in government by serving the people's needs promptly, efficiently and cheerfully.

City Attorney: Ted Meeker

The role of the City Attorney of the City of Senoia is to represent the City in litigation matters. The City Attorney provides legal advice to the Mayor and City Council, Planning Commission, City Departments and other City Boards and Authorities, as well as drafting ordinances, contracts, resolutions and agreements.

City Engineer: Ben Turnipseed

The City of Senoia currently contracts with G. Ben Turnipseed Engineers to provide technical expertise and contract administration in the planning, designing, implementation, and inspection of public works projects. They also provide engineering oversight of private development and subdivision infrastructure improvements and maintains records of financial, physical and legal components of the projects and public right-of-way. The City Engineer is located at 2255 Cumberland Parkway, Building 400, Atlanta, GA 30339.

City Judge: Rudjard M. Hayes

The City Judge presides over Municipal Court including the disposition of all traffic tickets, zoning violations, animal control violations, and violations of other City ordinances.
