Erosion: the wearing down of soil, rock, or land. Illicit Discharge: any direct or indirect non-stormwater discharge to a municipal separate storm sewer system, including but not limited to, sewage, process wastewater, and washwater. This discharge may be continuous or intermittent in occurrence. Illegal Dumping: discarding waste in an improper or illegal manner, where it doesn't belong and/or where environmental damage is likely because of the impropert disposal.
