Our sanitation company is Pollard Residential Waste Services (770) 599-1811. Pollard will provide the following services:
Household Trash Removal
- All items must be bagged. Do not place loose items into the container.
- Residents shall bring trash containers and recycling to the curb no later than 6:00 AM on pick-up day and removed from the curb no later than 12:00 noon the day following the scheduled pick-up day.
- Please use containers provided only by Pollard Residential Waste Services.
- Please be courteous and follow these rules.
Recycling
Recycling is picked up with your solid waste on your designated day. They are not picked up at the same time. They are serviced by two different trucks. Glass can no longer able to be recycled with Pollard.
Leaf and Limb Services
Leaf and limb service coincides with your assigned service day. The following rules apply:
- Place all leaves and grass trimmings in paper biodegradable bags.
- Limbs shall have a diameter no greater than 4 inches and be cut into sections no greater than 6 feet.
- Keep the City neat and place your yard debris at the curb the night before pick-up.
Bulk Items
- Bulk item pickup is available and also coincides with your assigned service day.
- Only 2 items per week.

Service Days
To provide the best service, Pollard has divided the City into Sectors and will collect household trash on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Please click on the link below to find your subdivision or street name and the day of your household trash and recycling service.
All residential water customers in the City of Senoia are required to pay a monthly sanitation service fee set periodically by the Mayor and Council. All residential water customers in the City of Senoia are required to pay a Sanitation Fee of $16.00 per month.
